They have so many brands and they make sell every now and then And free shipping which is excellent I always check their website and find good deals to buy Plus it is nice to have one website to see so many stuff in there

Ordered three bathing suits, was sent one bathing suit and two pairs of jeans instead. I contacted them and told them about the mistake they had made and they told me to send the jeans back to get a full refund. I sent the jeans back and did not receive a refund. When I contacted their customer service, they said I didn't send back the bathing suits. I explained that I never received the bathings suits, but rather two pairs of jeans, which I had sent back. They proceeded to blame me for not making them aware, which I had both in my return slip and in my previous communications with their customer service. Blame the customer for your repeated errors- great job.

Vi fick inte pengar tillbaka vid en retur och när vi kontaktar kundtjänst så får vi bara i svar att pengar återbetalades, däremot vill de ha transaktionen på mitt konto för en hel månad som bevis att jag inte fick pengar. trotts att banken har intygat att vi inte har fått in någon transaktion på summan ifrån Zalando. när vi ringer till kundtjänst och begär ett bevis av Zalando att de satte in pengar på mitt konto så lägger de på luren. När vi ringer igen och anger ärende nummer så lämnar de oss en kvart i vänt. . kundtjänst vill inte ens koppla oss till en överordnad chef och hänvisar till mail formulär på nätet. Fruktansvärt kundbemötande. värt att nämna att returen är på mindre än 150:- kr. det har kostat mig ett par tusen kronor i tid att få ett svar av de.
