Good for kids
We visited on the afternoon of 06.08.19. We had a fabulous tour, our guide was nothing short of brilliant. She had to deal with Swedish, Austrian and English visitors and managed with real style. I wish I could remember her name. The house is an extraordinary time capsule and well worth a visit, you get a real sense of how elegant a house it was. The lady in the shop/ticket office was also wonderful, ensuring we had all the information we might need. We had a delightful afternoon

Went to this place more or less by accident. It has some nice views over the surrounding lake and good paths to take a stroll.

Tyvärr kunde vi ej få se insidan av slottet...men vilken underbar natur runt hela slottet utsikten sjön runtom allt så fiiint.
Otroligt välbevarat från tiden då (förra) seklet var ungt. Jättestort och mysigt slottscafé nere vid vattnet med utsikt över Askersund. Endast guidade visningar hel timme, m.a.o. ingen möjlighet att gå själv i slottet vilket kanske inte framgår jättetydligt.
