This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it is a historic building located in the most central area of cycle city. The hotel is right by the water and has a beautiful view, and an amazing rooftop bar that just opened. The rooftop bar is super chic and swanky, and has an outdoor seating area will you take in a stunning view of the city. There is also a lobby bar, that feels very luxurious and old-school, with beautiful specialty cocktail drinks. The rooms with in the hotel are very nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful.

The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, however the room description does not quite live up to the expectations. The Bank Heritage room supposedly has a strong sound system, however it's only possible to connect your own music to the television. Furthermore, it's quite a hassle to connect and disconnect to that system which was frustrating. Secondly nobody asked to help with carriage of luggage at the stairs during check in or check out. I did not get the ' small luxury hotel' feeling.
Attractive and well-located boutique hotel ima quiet street in the banking area. Good restaurants around and a cobble-Street charm lead into a stylish lobby that’s linked to a restaurant, cocktail bar and fine-dining option. The rooms are generously sized, modern and with all necessary touches deftly done. Real books and considered art provide a distinctive touch. The room (205) faces onto the street with three massive windows. However there was no noise. The heating was barely functional however and no amount of jabbing the thermostat could turn the puffing and fan grinding into heat. I mentioned this in the morning and they waived my minibar snacks in apology. Very fair. My room was on the cheap/basic end and so that bodes well for the better rooms. For me the question is always ‘would I check availability first’ when next travelling to Stockholm and I have to say I would. It’s a 20 minute easy walk from the station (8 minutes in a taxi), moments from the waterfronts (like most places!), off the beaten track yet close to restaurants. Reception staff were really friendly and efficient too. Overall a luxury hotel that is quietly and confidently worthy of the label.
The service was brilliant! From check-in, to our luggage being taken to our rooms, the Champagne & thoughtful anniversary note, the list goes on! I loved our room, the breakfast and late check-out - I will definitely be returning to Bank Hotel :)
The best hotel in Stockholm, without a doubt! Great service, nice rooms, clean, luxurious, lovely breakfast and the location is unbeatable.
Chic city hotel with lovely staff. There isn't 5 star service but they try really hard. The bar staff could be a bit more friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms quite elegant, fabulous shower. Cleaning staff were very good as well. Location is unbeatable. I will definitely return.
Fantastic service in the bar and restaurant. Kurt at the hotel bar and Emil in the restaurant made sure our evening was a success. The tartar and Piggy bank (!) dessert were prepared at the table. Personal and funny.
