Really loved staying here. Good location and one of the best breakfast I have ever had in Sweden. I really must say the everything was really good and fresh. I just feel bad for not waking up earlier and enjoying it more.

Horrible. Too expensive for this old run down hotel. It’s a conference hotel, they focus on volume and no quality at all. A lot of noise, can’t get descent sleep. Horrible horrible. Don’t waste your time here.
A nice hotel , has access to a lot of things , the rooms are quite comfortable and nice , little bit small but fine , I booked a baby bed and it was there. The breakfast starts at 7 ends at 10, Nice relaxation in the upper floor with a Jacuzziand massage chair, Access to a gym. The location is perfect . There is a little museum to kill time with kids it’s fun .
This hotel is my favourite in Borlänge and I try my best to always stay here when I'm in town on business. The room decor is a bit dated but has all the comforts you would expect. Rooms are also of a decent size. Breakfast is nice with a lot of various warm and cold delicacies and will have something for everyone.
For the price I could not hope for much more than was offered! Separate shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower is basically everything I missed here. There was some kind of all in one shower wash :).
The room was small but nice and fresh, view over the downtown and a great sunrise. A short walk from shops and restaurants. Breakfast was fine.
This is a modern hotel with large, clean and fresh rooms. All common areas are well kept. The gym is small but we'll equipped and the spa area spacious and inviting. The hotel is a part of the Galaxen Business complex, so the restaurants for breakfast and dinner seem to be managed by business partners to the hotel. Nevertheless, they do a good job and offer good choices. Parking is offered, at cost, outside the entrance and around the hotel. All all a good hotel. We will book here again.
