Bunch of thugs who are into removing car parts and then offer customers discounts for new one by saying that the part was missing before they got the car. Never trust leaving your car with them. I left my car for a gear shift replacement and when I got it back, the cup holder shutter had a missing clip (a sliver handle that is used to open/close the shutter) It was not broken but carefully removed, seemed like a quick workaround for one of their own cars or just an incompetence of the staff. The managers are also incompetent as their responses on my complain were very unprofessional. They are cashing the brand name only, never go there.

I had something of my steering wheel changed here. It was bmw’s recall. The only reason that I am giving 3 is that they took my car for a day and didn’t offer a replacement car. It took me an hour an half to get home from there with bus.
