This place is very nice and will only get better. You can camp with a tent (with or without access to electricity), rent a cabin or stay with your caravan. By September 2020 there will be a restaurant, stage for movies and bands and more. You can swim in the nearby lake, climb the mountain and walk into the natural reserve. The staff there is very accommodating and friendly. We missed that the showers require a 10 SEK coin to work and without hesitation even though the reception was closed one of the staff (off work) fixed this and we could just pay the next day. Wholeheartedly recommend this to any hikers going to the area.

The staff were very helpful when I needed help with directions and the accommodation was pristine. The location is perfect for hill bagging and I loved the facilities-the showers and toilets were clean and the free-to-use cooking areas were exceptional
The best thing about this place is the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring Höga Kusten and the staff are amazingly helpful, even when they have a surprise influx of visitors and way too much to take care of!
Lovely place, but despite renting a cabin that was not at all cheap, we had to pay for showers (10sek!), that's absolutely unacceptable. The place might be worth it if you sleep in a tent, but their "small" cabins turned out to be tiny and only have bunk beds and a small table inside. No water supply so you have to bring your water inside in a donk, and used water goes in a hink that you have to take out by yourself. Pretty - yes, comfortable - far from it.
I absolutely love staying at Friluftsbyn both during the Winter and Summer time. They have a good range of cabins to choose from to suit everyone's pocket. The camping area is close to the facilities and barbeque area. There are lots to do for the outdoor enthusiast and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. I would warmly recommend staying here.

The room itself is nice decorated, but that is it. It was dirty when we checked in, there are spiderweb at the corners of my room. They charge me a total 1,600kr for a night stay including rental bedsheets and cleaning service which is too high compare to Docksta hotel where I stayed the night before and it was only 1km away. At Docksta Hotel I got my own bathroom and shower room, bedsheet included and cleaning service included. The only reason I booked and paid to stay here is because they told me that they are close to Entry Syd of the National Park, turned out they are 9km away. Its my fault, I should have done more research and not just trust them. They also said they have bus to Entry Syd but turned out, they did not. They claim that it was because of Covid 19 but I contacted them when Covid 19 already happened for 4 months. The receiption has also limited opening hours so there is a line queuing for them to open. They claim to sell food, but they did not have a single sandwich neither any foods except some muffins. They also gave me the duvet cover instead of bedsheet as I paid for. Their double bed is also very small. And its noisy. I do not recommend this place.
A great campsite to start and finish the High Coast Hike. The surrounding scenery is amazing and we enjoyed swimming in the lake (which was warmer than the shower). 4½ out of 5 if there has been a warm shower!
