Great service. Alcohol served at the entrance

They refused to install my washing machine, which is a service I had payed for. They tried to claim it was because of issues with electricity but certified people confirmed nothing was wrong. I called to get the service I had in fact payed for and they claimed I had to pay for it again. Eventually got my money back but no service.
