Good for kids
Very nice old Herrgård with friendly owners and a rich history. Good food and great service! We were there for a afternoon tea and a Christmas dinner. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to feel like a king and queen! The interior of Garpenberg castle has so much charm and is well looked after. The food was super delicious and concert with Fredrik Swahn and Sonja Alden a joy to be part of. The host Cilla and John truly love looking after each guest and make sure you feel like part of the royal family of Sweden. Thank you for a beautiful evening!!

Beautiful place and castle
Technically a mansion, not a castle. Good food and fair to good for a conference. Has a very good Christmas buffé.
Nice place, service-friendly staff.We ate lunch while visiting and it tasted excellent. We also got a shorter information about the castle and a story about a bear who lived in the castle
Nice setting. Very excellent three course dinner.
