Very nice environment and lots of things to look at. Can easily walk around for a few hours, take a fika at the café and just relax.

A very pretty place for a stop and a walk around, but most things were closed, despite it being high season, and so the 100 SEK pp seemed a little steep. Having a cake and coffee (regular black only) was nice, but again you have to pay the entrance ticket to be able to visit the restaurant which I think is a bit unreasonable.
Nice area to walk around, see some shops and musea and learn about this place how things were done in the past. There is also a restaurant and a vegatable garden to visit.
A good place for fishing is around there

A must see if you want to get a glimpse of the Swedish heritage. Authentic old buildings, a very nice mansion, vintage shop at the entrance is a must visit. The garden is also nice.

Fantastic location that is filled with history. I recommend visiting. Before Christmas, in November, there is also a market you can attend for a fee. Great for some Xmas shopping.
