I was in this shop in August and I was served by a young lady I had my mothers rolex with me and wanted to find out if it was real or fake. The young lady told me with out really looking at it was fake in very rude way. I was in England and had my mothers rolex with me. So I went in to a local jewelers shop in Stratford-upon-Avon that deal with Rolex They confirmed that it was a real Rolex and gave me certification for the watch. It has now been sold at auction for 8500. I find it sad that a Rolex shop the Rolls-Royce of watches have staff that don't know what they are doing. So I don't recommend this shop.
