Great food with even greater service. Very well done all of you, both kitchen and waiter staff. The girl that took care of us was simply amazing. Got 5 courses menu - everything was very good. I would appreciate the portions to be a little bigger, but it was great.

Well deserving of its 1* Michelin rating, Bhoga provided a fine introduction to contemporary Swedish cuisine. The restaurant's standard food offer is a 5-course tasting menu, with further offerings of a 7-course and 9-course versions riffing on the main menu, which is changed weekly based on what the Swedish countryside and the restaurant's purveyors have to offer. We chose the 5-course menu and were pleasantly satiated. Our July 2019 offering included mackerel, broccoli, potatoes, a Swedish pig breed and strawberries as star ingredients, all of which are below. What struck us most in the technique and flavor combinations was the sense of balance of every dish. The delicate mackerel, lightly charred broccoli with oyster, and onions filled with onion and cow milk cheese cream particularly stood out. Wine, beer or non alcoholic pairings are on offer to accompany the food, as is a wine list featuring a vast array of fun and interesting natural wines and other beverages. We had a Ciderday Night Fever (genius branding!) apple cider and passion fruit infused honeymead which were absolutely lovely. Last but not least, a few words about the interior and the staff: the former is understated and elegant with tones of light olive green paint and beautiful wooden floors and carpentry throughout, and the latter is a small troupe of elegantly uniformed ladies who are both passionate about food and agreeable to chat with.

Unfortunately I wasnt amazed. We went for the 9 course menu. There was things that were amazing but I was expecting more from the overall experience.

Just not comparable to other places, it's so, so good. Everything is fresh, in season and incredibly intelligently composed into dishes perfectly paired with amazing wines and interesting flavors.

The food and experience was perfect. The only thing missing was the waiter did not introduce himself by name. For a Michelin star restaurant that was my only issue

This was the disapointment of the year! Heades for a 7 course menue with wine. Of 7 courses 2 was great, 4 mediocre (3 of the courses were served on tartalettes) and 1 - the main course - a catastrophe, I would say unaedable. When asked, i just told the waiter so, and a furious cook run out telling me that averyone else (6 people in the restaurant, 2 choises of main course) hade been satisfied. Well, gusess theyb were more polite. The wine menue was, witout doubt, innovative more than well thiught out. When you are up to spend USD 200 pp on a night out in Gothenburg, by all means, make another choise.

From start to finish this restaurant was amazing. The wine and food were excellently paired and service could not have been better. We had a 5 course meal, and added the cheese course. I can not rave enough about this place!!! Since we live in The Göteborg region we will be going back regularly to taste the changing menu!! I highly highly highly recommend!
