Helped my dog, very friendly and fast. They understood that i didn't had an insurance because i'm not long relocated to Sweden, therefore they accepted a lower payment. I'm really surpriced about the service.
Having to go and do the thing no dog owner wants alone was very hard, but the amount of support the staff gave was amazing, it is very clear that everyone who works there really dose care about animals. Thanks for a very sad but respectful visit.
I got a price confirmed when I got the appointment. When I received the bill they had added charges that I was not informed about and had not agreed to. They clearly overcharge! The staff was standing talking and laughing with each other and were rude and clearly bothered by the questions I had, eventhough I explained that it was my first visit. Luckily for me and my dog there are other vets to visit in the future.
This is only for the contacting methods... I called almost 1day and nobody answered me, i mean... No matter how good the personal is if you barely can get in touch with them... When i will get to meet the personal too i will evaluate them too, till then... even this star is too much...
Is better to dont need to come here but in case you will came on that place..trust me..you will be in good hands. 5 stars!
Staff is super nice, always with a smile. Whenever I've been here it has only taken a short time after I've arrived to have the appointment. And to pay, after the consult, it's also been fast. I really like their message system, they send you the date of your appointments, remind you when the appointment is comming and get back to you with some analysis results or questions you ask them by phone and they needed some time to answer. Also, they've usually replied to my e-mails quickly.
Nice place, went there with my cat during påsk weekend midnight for an emergency appointment. 4500kr to see the doctor, prepare your wallet or find an insurance company. Like the hospital, really advanced equipments and lovely nurses.
