I hired cityflytt for moving my aquarium for a distance of 5kms. They quoted 950/hour. I agreed since I wanted it moved quick and professionally. I asked if they had straps and equipment to carry the aquarium. When they arrived they brought only some sheets and a trolley and moved my aquarium in a very unprofessional manner. After 1.5 hours, Daniel charged me 3000sek for 3 hours saying that I needed to pay for the commute as well. I have hired movers many a times, but never been charged like this! He only wanted to be paid in cash. And agreed to take 2500 instead for 1.5 hours work. I would never hire them again and would advise everyone to not get fleeced by them. They were supposed to email an receipt, but they never did. Edit 20th November: When i hire a professional mover to move an aquarium, I expect them to move it like a professional. Particularly when you are charged me 1000/hr, which includes your time to start from your home and you to reach your home. If these are your terms , then state in on your website so people know about it. So according to your terms, I would be charged 1000sek or more , just for hiring you.. Then you would add the time spent to do the actual moving to this. And i only expect a service that I paid for. You dont need to advise me on how to setup an aquarium, when I hired you for a moving job. Maybe I give you a lesson on Physics then.. I know the loads and stress on a 1.2m aquarium when you decide to move it stand vertically in a truck, which you insisted on doing though i objected. And learn how to address your customers grievances . And send me my receipt, Its been a month now and I still did not get it

Worst experience (or lack of it) from any service provider. They were supposed to come and help with a move in the morning and never showed up! What's more? There was nobody to pick up phones in their office nor was there any prior notice. Never use them!
Tvingade oss att betala kontant trots att vi kommit överens om faktura. Fick ett handskrivet kvitto, och vet nu att de inte redovisade RUT-avdraget till Skatteverket. Således jobbade de troligen svart. Ägaren var väldigt otrevlig och obehaglig i telefon när vi försökte reda ut det. Var väldigt svåra att få tag i och få bekräftelse på bokning. Flytten gick bra, men allt krångel i kombination med att de troligen jobbar svart och ägarens hotfulla attityd gör att vi väljer en annan firma nästa gång.
Snabb och effektiv flytt av trevliga och hjälpsamma killar.
Behövde flytt med kort varsel. De pusslade för att få in mig. Hade inte ens en flyttkartong. Hade med sig allt, 4 man på plats och hjälpes åt att packa ett helbohag. Dessutom kunde de erbjuda magasin. Den dagen jag flytta in kom de med hela bohaget Så bra service. Ett bolag med kundmöte i toppklass! Tack för allt!
Väldigt nöjd med denna flyttfirman som hjälpte mig med min flytt i Göteborg. Förutom att själva flytten gick smidigt, var de lättillgängliga och kunde lösa min flytt på kort varsel och dessutom bemötte de mina speciella önskemål väl. Rekommenderas!
