This is definitely one of the slowest government agencies in Sweden. If you need to extend your work permit, be ready to stay in Sweden for couple months (this is my experience). This particular office is also very slow and known for long lines. The staff however, is friendly and polite.

This agency is a joke. I have been in Sweden 5 years, and it has never been ok. On the phone service they always say contradictory information. If you call I suggest that you call at least 3 different persons before you make any decision. And if you need a written answer, dont count on the email service. They always answer the most obvious thing, they never read what your question was. It is the most disrespectful agency I have ever been . Sweden should be ashamed.

This is a very modern well ran governmental agency. Clean and well lit. And the seats are very comfortable and I am not worried about the long wait I know I have.
