The booking was quicker (next day) when visited the shop. Booking on internet was showing long time. The inspection was good. The cost was 395 SEK with the amount deductible from spectacle bought. But the spectacles were around 2000 SEK. It was too expensive for me. I went to nearby Specsavers and bought the spectacles with the glasses in 395 SEK. In Specsavers, they told that in 395 SEK the eye inspection was included. I would have preferred to do inspection and getting the glasses in 395 SEK from Specsaver instead.

Good service from optician side, but low level of amiability from assistant side. I didn't received the detailed bill with the specification of lens and the results of consult. When I received the glasses the assistant (a young female) was very bored, even if I did paid in advance all the money. Unfortunately the quality of frame is at low level. I am disappointing by the amiability of assistants. For opticians all the best, hats off.

Blev mycket fundersam beställde 1 par bågar för ca 1 månad sen och idag när jag skulle hämta dom visar sig det att det blivit fel beställning hmmm .personen bakom kassan har mage att slänga ur dig du kunde komma tidigare hm jo om jag nu inte legat på akuten i 3v pga könsroller i trafiken ...nä fy säger jag skicka personalen på charm kurs annat blir dom nog inte så långlivade ...köper härefter mina linser och kompletta glasögon kontant hos annan kedja där dom har vett och etikett gentemot kunder riktigt besviken

Finns butiker med större utbud av bågar men vi alltid går hit (3 med glasögon i familjen). Väldigt professionellt bemötande och trevlig personal som tar alltid hand om en. Kan varmt rekommendera butiken på Backaplan.
