The lady that works there is quite nice and efficient. She speaks some English, but enough to be a able to conduct a transaction with customers. I went the since I had some clothing that needed washing and I refused to pay the ridiculous fees that hotels charge. She charged a reasonable price. The price is determined based on the weight of your clothes. Within a few hours, she had everything washed, dried, mended and bagged. I would highly recommend all tourists in Gothenburg stop by here to do their laundry service.
