First time I visited, the dinner was amazing. Tried the vegan option and it was both spicy and filling. The menu offers plenty of alternatives and the prices are just. The restaurant is located in such a way that you have to walk a bit from most public transports. Staff is highly service minded.
Fresh seafood, very tasty sauces, really good bread... it was all very nice. Very impressed with my meal!
I have been to this restaurant frequently. Restaurang Himalaya serves various delicious dishes from Nepal ( both vegetarian and non-vegetarian). This is the perfect place to have real experience of Nepalese dishes in Gotebörg, Sweden. Apart from food, the service is timely and restaurant staffs serve with very welcoming gesture which makes so comfortable to be here.It’s very convenient to book the table via online or by call at restaurant's number. It also seems to be a perfect place for celebrating some events together in a group as they also have a bar with drinks from various countries. I strongly recommend this place for everyone who want to experience the taste of Nepalese dishes in Sweden. I am already missing this place , will be back soon for dinner with few of my friends .
If you are food enthusiastic and care about the quality and taste of the food, then the restaurant Himalaya is a must to visit. The food is incredible and delicious. The presentation of the food was beautiful, and the way they serve impressed me. Still, I can feel the taste the food.
Great food, the flavours are really amazing and service is good. 10/10 for this place! Prices are more than reasonable, and their own Khukri beer was very nice (even for me, someone who doesn't drink bee)
My partner and I come here all the time. The food is great - they marinade most of their items days in advance and you can taste it. It's the only restaurant I've ever been at where the chef comes out to see if people like the food. 5/5.
