We have done the Hisingen tour, as a present to a family member. Last year experience on St Erik was 5Stars but this boat lacked finesse , tables and chairs outside were dirty and misplaced , lack of decorations inside and on the tables provided a feeling of a floating canteen. The captain speech created great entertainment and the food was incredible , which actually saved the trip-thanks chef!

Did the brunch cruise and it was perfect. Great spread on the buffet. And really nice dessert buffet afterwards. Incredible service. The fact that they planned when each table started on the buffet was really great. Made everything run smoothly. The view from the boat was incredible. Only thing I can complain about was how relatively bad the captain's English was.
They're quite good but wish they provide service throughout August!!!
I was really looking forward to an archipelago cruise in Gothenburg. I had read about it as a kid, and when given an opportunity to visit the city, this was on my bucket list. I booked two tickets (695 SEK each) for an evening cruise. It was beautiful spring weather, the perfect romantic getaway. That was the plan. In reality, we showed up in advance for the cruise to soak in the sun. Ten min after the planned departure, we (along with 20 or so other people) begin to wonder what's going on... There does not seem to be much commotion on board. In fact we could just spot one person casually smoking through a window. Thirty min after the planned departure, people start shouting at the smoking guy to understand what's going on... Clueless, he tells us there is no cruise that day (Good Friday). Needless to say throughout that time the Stromma hotline was out of service. After the Stromma worker called his boss, we were then told to come back the next day for the cruise. With most people visiting for the weekend (some had driven for over an hour to be there for that specific cruise), this was no option. We were then told to call Stromma after the Easter break (4 days later) to ask for a refund... Some things boggle the mind: - the cruise bring advertised in the company's official 2019 booklet, available at the tourist center; - Stromma receiving for over 20,000 SEK in bookings for a weekend where apparently they're not working, and not realizing it; - Stromma not realizing the mess up and messaging passengers within 24 hours to apologize and issue refunds; - Customers having to go out of their way to request refunds due to Stromma's incompetence.

Trevligt sätt att se Hisingen på, under turen var det två sittningar till middagen och trots att vi hade tid till den sena så tjötade personalen om att vi skulle ta den första!? I övrigt en trevlig resa, god mat och jo trevlig personal när de inte tjötar, frågan är alltid fri men ta ett nej. Vet inte hur det ser ut med turer idag, reste innan covid-19.
Entraba en Gotemburg Pass.. Lo mejor el paseo en barco. Pero muy largo 4 horas de 6 a 10.. sales de día y vuelves de noche. Las 2 primeras horas paisaje feo de fabricas . Después mejora. Abrígate, pasé frío, cuando cae el sol hace frío. Una cerveza dentro de 50cl. 7,90. Al salir, a las 6, te pilla la cena en el barco.. para que cenes allí... No sé pasé frío y hambre... El paisaje, esta bien.. pero no volvería ha hacerlo.
Excursió en vaixell destapat per conèixer copenhagen. A traves dels canals visites el centre christiana i la sirenita. També la biblioteca nacional. Preu asequible. Punt de partida concorregut
