About 2 weeks ago my Audi A3 was at your station after a tube bursted . I was on the way direction gothenburg but had to leave the car in halmstad because it could not go any further without repairing that tube. I described exactly by email with a picture of the broken tube and told them to repair it. The invoice at the end was 5500 krones for repairing 1 tube, cleaning / filling the water system and filling in 2 liters of oil, even though I was checking before that the oil was ok. Just the point 'felsökning' cost 1800 krones even if I told them exactly which pipe it was. Crazy , but they knew that I needed my car fast back. So they took the maximum out of me. On the way to Germany, I noticed that there was oil coming out of the oilmessurestick, so they filled in too much oil.. bad and expensive experiencing for actually just changing one little tubepipe that costs around 300 krones.. the only good thing I could say that I got my car back already after 3 days..

Lämnade elbil på service och fick tillbaka den oladdad. Väldigt dåligt då jag inte kunde köra hem. Blev inte tillfrågad hur jag skulle lösa detta eller erbjuden tillgång till laddare på plats, utan fick mer eller mindre, tough luck som svar. Jag fick vackert åka till närmaste betal laddare så denna service som skulle vara gratis blev kostsam i både tid och pengar.
Service i toppklass som vanligt - allt gick snabbt och smidigt till.
