Worst Spa Ever! Hotell looked like a trailer park on stilts, room was boring, dirty, out of date and on the noisy main road, the spa was tiny and basically just a small jacuzzi which meant that you had to sit crammed like sardines with the other guests! There were no corona restrictions in either the spa or dining area. We thought we would at least be having a cosy dinner but we couldn’t have been more wrong! The very small dining area had a cafeteria feel to it with way too many people sitting too close together which didn’t feel comfortable considering the situation with corona! It was as far from cosy as you can get! Awful service by the grumpy and rude owner! The food was just basic overpriced pub food and instead of the ordered potato gratin i got chips (classy!). The dessert was some prepacked pudding probably bought for 5kr from Lidl. The only good thing i can think of with this place was that the staff were friendly (but not the owner)! I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel/Spa and if your looking for a cosy, relaxing spa visit with a nice vibe then this is not the place to go! It would probably more suit drunken stag parties who have zero requirements for service, quality or costs! There are way better and nicer Spas in the Gothenburg area for the same price or even cheaper... and who know how to treat paying customers! Avoid like the plague!

Horrible place. Stochastic service. Have never been to a place where the owner has so little respect for the fact that the guests are there to relax. They had a “party bus” parked outside the building right under our window that they used as a jukebox. Played LOUD party music all day through evening non-stop. Had to physically go down and ask them to shut it down at 9 pm. And even so, we woke up twice; once at 12, and once around 2 in the morning to sudden loud music!! We had a room facing the main road, and since there was no air conditioning in the middle of the summer, needed to keep the balcony door open. Hence the music was REALLY in the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are looking for a relaxing spa get away.
We could find cowebs on the ceiling lights. The cushions on the bed smelled of sweat. The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. We had to pay extra for the bathslippers and the bathrobes in a spa hotel. Over all it was a very expensive stay for a hotel like that. We had stayed in Radisson blue or riverton with similar price for 2 nights( 2690 sek). Wanted to try something different and tried this place, but not for a second time . Rooms were not at all like how it was in the pictures. Very disappointed. But the service and food was good, very customer friendly service. Hope the other factors would be considered.

Grymt trevligt ställe! första gången där och blev väldigt positivt överraskad. Servicen var grym och faciliteterna överträffade mina förväntningar. Plus för bra corona-säkerhet! Hur åker jag definitivt igen
O hotel não é ruim, gostei muito do atendimento, da localização e principalmente do café da manhã. Apenas o que não gostei foi em relação a limpeza, pois o quarto estava empoeirado, a roupa de cama não cheirava a roupa limpa, os travesseiros são velhos, somente com uma proteção que não é impermeável, e as almofadas não parecem ser higienizadas.
