Fine place to go for model railway stuff, lot of Swedish prototype, from other countries as well. Friendly shopowner knows a lot, and (by train) the shop in Stuvsta is easyly reached when in Stockholm.

Assistant with bad temper! Started grumbling about me as customer because of trivia instead of trying to make me content. In the end we both agreed that I should not come back to buy any other stuff in the future. All this because of nothing, really... Other assistant with little competence! Service was okay when I came back because they sold me the wrong stuff (AC instead of DC). Luckily we checked the product at home before we used it on our DC system! They changed the axles, now. So, I maybe had bad luck with the other assistant who sold me the product at my first visit. Still a kind guy, but no big help. Don't expect any excuses from them if they have sold you the wrong stuff. There are other similar stores in Stockholm - hopefully they have a much better service than that!

Please do NOT use this shop ,my order was to the value of 2422 sek that is a lot for me as I am a pensioner ,because herr Dikmen claimed that my visa card did not work (it works fine everywhere else in the world !) and still does ! so I sent bank notes to the value of sek 2500 and expected the 78 sek change or another model sent , my order arrived with three models not in the package ,so I am owed 561 sek , her Dikmen has told me tough, he is keeping my money and has put my models back on sale , this is a big shock to me as I thought shopkeepers were honest people ,If he has a non valid banknote ,then let him produce it , he changes the story all the time ! the notes I sent can ALL be just put into a bank account in Sweden ,they all had the silver line as he told me they had , only after end of June 18 do they need to be sent to the state bank in Stockholm for exchange , even very old out of date notes can be exchanged , Dikmen claimed he had a long drive to the bank (its a short walk away) IN THE SAME STREET as his shop ! I trust the bank confirms that the five notes were fine to take as the bank should be honest .
