The veterinarian seemed competent, but wearing the mask not covering the nose and a somewhat snarky receptionist does not leave a good impression.
English speaking staff. They took great care of my dog even without an appointment. Yes there was some waiting but it was an appointment-free visit so thatd great. Examination was very detailed and the doctor explained to me in detail, her train of thought. Price was absolutely ok as well. Definitely recommend this place, especially for an emergency visit.
State of the art facilities that are very clean and professional. They take care of your animals as if they were their own. If you are lucky enough to have Veronica help you then you are in great hands. She is the best.
Always a very drawn out experience with multiple visits and never the same vet, who all day different things. Over charged and terrible service. Over medicate instead of actualkybtrying to find the root cause of things and charging you for it. Doesn't feel like you get any real care and just condescending vets trying to make you feel stupid.

Svårt att helhjärtat rekommendera. Skulle förbereda min katt för resa med EU pass, vaccinering och intyg att katten kan resa. Trevlig personal men som tyvärr lyckades trycka sprutan genom det nyp av skinn hon tog på katten. Ger inte ett kompetent intryck på en så pass enkel procedur när katten är blickstilla. För intyget hade de ingen egen mall vilket är underligt då de flesta speditörer kräver ett intyg som detta. Efter lite om och men fick jag mitt papper. Kostnaden var inte särskilt stor dock. Jag har även hört att de bannlyser kunder som \bråkar\ vilket är oroande. Det vägs dock inte in i betyget.
