One star because we had fun. Otherwise I would give it zero stars. The guys at the reception spoke zero Swedish and zero English. They spoke none of the other languages that I speek or that my students speek. I thought I payed for the 10 lanes I ordered but then I had to pay for 280 kr more because I originally payed just for 9 eventhough I booked 10. The guys couldn't spell the names correctly or put the names in the groups they were in. I had to write and draw the lanes with the groups and the names. It was a mess. They had also previously said that they had a special price for the lanes food but it would have been more expensive than to book 10 lanes and then buy food if we pleased. They either don't know math or tried to fool me. I don't roll that way.
Nice with a nice restaurant. In the dining area you are not bothered by bowling sounds. The christmas food was ok.
