Many bathers from a certain group (I'm not allowed to say which group I mean, because this post would be censored) refuse to follow the hygiene regulations, and the staff make no attempt to enforce the regulations. As a result the water, the changing room and the sauna are all disgustingly filthy.

A wonderful swimming facility
I have been here for a adult swim course.. it was an amazing experience. The trainer was so cool and taught me with great patience. I often visit the place and its neat n clean. It's 105 SEK per entrance and is really worth it. U hav a jacuzzi and play area for kids. Slide for all age groups. Great place to hav fun and learn swimming as well
Very clean place and kind personal
I am a frequent customer to this swimming facility so I enjoy swimming, sauna, jumping from trampoline, using the possibility to go out on the outside veranda. I also use the slides when I am there with my daughter. I love that the 50 m lanes for swimming is open most the time. The staff divide the area for different groups. For the youngest and some learning to swim there is a small swimming pool that can be in different depths. The staff is very kind and professional that pay attention to those in the swimming area. Most of this I give a 5/5 grade. Since I go there alot, I notice that problem with refilling soup in the showers occurs. Some guests therefor ignore using soup before having a bath. When I tell about this, the staff takes care of it and refills. Here I would want to see an improvement (but it has improved some allready, good). The bubble pool has a 10 minutes in the time per person limit. Many ignores this. Often the bubble pool is very crowded and the temperature could be a little higher also. The gym has great equipment 5/5 and decent opening hours. I don't use this gym because I have a card elsewhere but I have checked this equipment and can tell it is all you need to grow your muscles. They offer PT as well. Ps. Once they cut my locker and moved all my stuff to the reception because someone thought that locker was theirs. This cannot happen and was a 1/5 on my grade. (but that was a one time thing which got me in a slight time jam. Everything seemed to be there and I got reimbursed with a cheeper lock they sell in the reception). Ds. Overall I am very happy with this facility but since there are some things to work on I must land the total grade at 4/5. Keep it up and thanks for the service n love! /M
Very modern and warm swimming pool! Excellent place to go to during a cold winter day!
Love the relax spa. Looking forward to seeing when renovations are done in April 2018.
