Don’t go here. I got expensive frame with an expensive lenses for it but when I picked up my order, there was waves on glasses(lenses) which resulted in very bad eyesights. Went back there a week after and told them they said we will change. After asked me to come and pickup fixed ones, I realized nothing was changed and they constantly were saying that we have changed it. I had marks on my initial glasses(lenses) (put marks by purpose before leaving it to them to make sure they will change it) told them that look I had this marks and this means you haven’t changed the glasses and thats why I still see waves on it. So they accepted and said sorry this time we will make sure the work is done properly. Week after, again, they didn’t change one of them and only one was changed. Asked them again and they changed the other one too after lots of back and forth. Killed myself to get lenses without waves but then realized both changed ones have so much of tiny scratches on them that I see them only when I have them very cleaned. I thoroughly got tired of this much of back and forth and proving the problems to them. Didn’t go there again as there was no guarantee that they will do the job correctly this time too. ( they were not well behaving me anymore after that much of back and forth too so didn’t feel welcome to go there again and tell them about scratches) Anyway now its more than 1 year that I live with problematic glasses and eventually need to go to another store and pay again for sth that I already paid to Synsam for changing to a proper pair of lenses. I hope this story save someone to not experience this whole failure like me. Don’t know about other branches of Synsam but a complete disaster trying this one .

Den ansvarige chefen Madeleine är nog den otrevligaste jag någonsin samtalat med! Ingen bra kundservice i den här butiken!! Köp glasögon någon annanstans!! Usch!

Ville köpa ett par terminalglasögon. Efter synundersökning blev jag rekommenderad närprogressiva glasögon. Efter två veckors väntan (de glömde smsa att de var färdiga) får jag hem de här glasögonen och de visar sig vara helt obrukbara för mig. Ingen har nämligen berättat att det bara är en liten fläck i mitten av synfältet som är skarp framför en datorskärm. Jag går tillbaka till butiken och förklarar att jag har fått en helt annan produkt än jag ville ha och att jag nu vill häva köpet. Det är helt otänkbart enligt personalen som verkar tycka att jag är helt dum i huvudet som inte vill \vänja\ mig vid att se sämre med glasögon. De erbjuder sig att slipa om dem till vanliga terminalglasögon och ge mig mellanskillnaden i presentkort i deras butik. Uppfattar det som att jag medvetet blivit vilseledd av personalen som velat sälja en dyr produkt som inte går att lämna tillbaka.
Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Fick tydlig information samt bra prisförslag! Jättenöjd!
