Very easily accessible rooms that are extremely wheelchair friendly, I was pleasantly surprised. A bit hard to use their wheelchair entrance though for my friend since it is quite steep. Friendly staff that does lend a hand though if asked. Friendly, clean rooms that don't have a thing too much in it. Would have appreciated maybe complementary slippers or something because the floor was a bit uncomfortable to walk in socks (the wood is a bit sticky), which i did not anticipate and thus didn't bring my own. Nice Scandinavian breakfast, not too much and not too little.

The best hotel to book in kalmar.
Hot in the rooms at night when it was just a sunny day with 20C outside. Tha staff did not know how the local parking worked. Corridors has a heavy smell. Breakfast is ok. Nice beds. Only got one old school key to the room with the room number on it! The shower could be better. For the price, I expect more.
It is an ok 3 star hotel. It is in the center of the town so everything is near. The room was clean and tidy, the matress was amazing and soft and the staff quite friendly. I do not give a 5 star because the breakfast pictures in the website are luring. The breakfast unfortunately was mediocre at best, with not so many options and the taste of the food was bland. The orange juice from the juice machine had no taste at all and the scrambled eggs were watery. The staff though were more than happy to help so this is a great plus for me.

Great location and very friendly staff but the hotel itself, and especially the rooms, are very outdated. The bathrooms have a pungent smell, most likely from the old pipe work. Time to upgrade or reduce the hotel room prices!
Centrally located next to the harbour. Renovated rooms! Better than expected after the look from outside! Nice personnel!
