Apparently customer service isn’t that important for Nordic Nest. Ordered 3 lamps on September 23 and the lamps that were supposed to be in stock still haven’t arrived. We chose Nordic Nest over another provider that sells the exact same product, but will probably be our last time buying at this place.

Delivery quick and uncomplicated, as expected.
Everything arrived earlier than stated and and all was there, clean and neat
Take you order, take your money , then inform you that the delivery date is unknown. Have been waiting up weeks for items to arrive that other sites have available immediately.
One of the lamps we bought arrived in a used state. The package was opened, and the lamp had marks. Edit: We got 50% off the whole order, which we were very pleased with, and therefore changed the stars from 1 to 5 stars due to the good customer service.
I do not recommend this online store. I purchased an item that was supposed to be delivered after 9 days, but after 3 months I get a new communication that it would take 3 more month (every month a new promised date but no delivery) . Decided to cancel the order instead.
This shop sells items which they don't have. after 28 days, they still have not sent the item. it will take another 10 working days to send it when they get the item. They somehow try to play along, sending me copy paste appoligies. I dont recommend this swidish shop at all.
Items arrived broken and wrong items were shipped. Zero response from emails sent to customer service. Extremely disappointed and will not do business with them again.
