Very good staying. The hotel is old but looks like a castle! The location is perfect, just right in the city center. The breakfast was really big and delicious. Nice relax area with sauna and massage chair. Excellent !

Poor breakfast, free Wifi in the whole building is not really true, so you're left with 4 channels on TV to help you fall asleep. Old building with old interior which in random spots is being "renovated". No air conditioning or ventilation (the one in bathroom is dying a loud noisy death).
We couldn't sleep at night because a group of people was doing a lot of noise on the street. We complained in the reception and the lady said that she had already informed the police. However the problem wasn't solved. In the morning there was already noise in the street and we could hear everything. The windows have no sound isolation.
More a hostel than hotel, needs a refurbishment and proper hotel management, the location is very good and the common interior in some areas is very nice. My room had a tube TV I took a picture because I haven't seen one the last 10 years. But if you expect a workout room, or laundry bags etc ... Standard business hotel amenities you will be disappointed.
This hotel not only allows dogs but also treats them like human guests The room came with a doggy bed (huge!), food and water bowls. I have read the bad reviews but our room wasn't anything like they described. It was renovated and fresh. Sure, the hotel is in an old building and it feels outdated. But I felt like it was as good as it gets for the price and the location (right in the center of the city!) The receptionists are super friendly and helpful, too :-) They don’t have their own parking. You can either park at Åhléns parking for 80kr overnight (it closed at 21:30 but the hotel has the key if you need to go get something in your car), or on the street by the main square "Stora torget" for 13kr per hour (Between 16:00 and 9:00 next day is free of charge). We parked on the street and it ended up being cheaper.
