Good service, but I don't understand why they put sweet chili sauce on the fillet of beef...it already came with pepper sauce. But all and all the food was good.

Noisy, not good at cooking, but decent service. The ribeye (entrecote) was absolutely butchered, in the bad way - tough meat, hardly marbled at all, and although ordered as \medium\ it was definitely closer to \well done plus plus\. The lamb racks were better, as were the hamburgers. The potatoes were not worth waiting; the fries were OK. Conclusion: Order the same kind of food as at any burger joint and you'll be ok with the quality; if not the price. There are definitely better places in Karlstad.
