I'm warning everyone from wasting their time and money with Bavaria. You may know that BMWs are one of the most robbed cars in Sweden, during the week when my car was robbed there were 50 robberies in Stockholm according to the media. But what you didn't know is that repairs takes almost 3 month, as it happened to me, not 2 weeks like in Germany. And insurance company after 2 month will not cover anything, nor Bavaria will, so you will have no car for quite a while. What you should also know, is that you will not recognize your car after repairs. Today, six month after the initial incident, I'm still fixing my car at Bavaria. I have to come there every month when something is breaking again on my 1 year old car after getting their hands on it. I had broken parts of the interior falling on my head, I had drivetrain failures, which made my car dangerous to drive, and I should probably report this to police. And after all of that story, when I wanted to get rid of this \car\, they presented me a real \bargain\ deal to take it to them. They didn't compensate me anything and were open to say that they want to make money on me and my horrible experience with them by buying the car 100k SEK cheaper than it's market value, \we need to make money\, yeah, you know how to do it, and people should also know what to expect from you and should just stay away. If similar story have happened to you please reach me.

Took my car in for service at 7am, apparently the mechanic that was going to service my car was sick. No phone call, sms or email to inform me that my appointment had been cancelled. Terrible service, not going back again.

I leave my car to service. Usually you leave your car to service at morning and get it back in the evening. This time didnt come any sms at evening. So I call there at the next day morning. They said ,that they dont know why didnt come sms , but the car is ready and I can come and pick it up. So I left my job to go and pick up car. It takes 3 hours from my day , to drive there and back ! And when I arrive there , then they start looking my car keys. And when they found them finally . It came out, that they havent found the car keys day before also and they havent done nothing with the car. So I should come back again tomorrow. 3 days for car service ???!!!! Very bad !!!

Shockingly bad Service, serious blunders. Car service is a matter of trust, as a poorly taken care of car is dangerous. Bavaria Solna has clearly lost my trust! Independent workshops offered better service at a better prices. I went to the marked Mini service reception and had to wait 15 minutes before being able to talk to anyone. When I returned on the same day to pick up my car the service was done, but the service book not stamped. I had issues with the cars front end shaking at low speed, but these was obviously not taken seriously and no error had been found. I asked to talked to the technician who worked on the car, but he had gone home. I asked to be called the next day, but did not hear back at all. After waiting for three days I then decided to go to an independent car workshop instead (Mekonomen) and they looked at my car together with me, test drove, spotted the tire issue and sold me two new tires (better price than BMW Solna). The tire could easily have blown on motorway speeds leading to a potentially very dangerous situation, onlz because Bavaria Solna could not be bothered to research my problem or even call me back.

Asked for booking time from customer service and they booked me for 28th feb. When i reached there they said they do not have any time for my booking. I showed them emails and response from the bavaria personal but they simply said \sorry\ but book a new time or look for some other bavaria center.
