Nice little cottage on the lake side of the resort. The bathroom was spacious with an washing machine included. Great area for a family road trip. The cottage is not that spacious and comfortable. Beds where okay but the chairs and couch are on a budget and for sure not big enough to handle more than 3 or 4 persons. (so don't take it as a six person cottage) we where with two adult and a baby of 1.5 yo and we think it's just big enough for that. Due to the fact that the resort decided to have groups in their restaurant, there was no possibility to have diner in the restaurant. The option to have diner either on the couches at the front desk or outside with a temperature of 12 degrees we did not take serious. To be short! we did not feel welcome at all!

No hygiene articles in the bathroom. But beautiful surrounding. Breakfast was only ok. Dinner was interesting and tasty.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a nice stay here. Beds were unconfortable, room was little, tv with just few channels with a "vintage" vision 80's style with stripes, not cleaned at all (I found hairs on the towels and in the showers...and I am bold). In the evening I came back at 9,30 pm and the main entrance was closed. Nobody inside. I tried to open with my magnetic keys but I had to try for at least 15 minutes to be able to go inside because it continued to give me the access denied, and temperature was around zero. Bar inside, of course, was closed (9,30 pm). For what I paid (100 Euro) and the country where I was...I was expecting much more. I would like to clarify that my room was inside the main building where there is the reception; maybe the little houses close to this building are better, otherwise I cannot understand the good reviews that this hotel have. Pictures attached can give you better idea.
Camping standard in the rooms. Heating very good. Rooms ok. Bathroom from old days. Restaurant and main building fantastic. Personnell very nice, helpful and friendly. In the night locker together with room keys I found short letter answering all potential questions and worries Area around very nice and quiet.
Understaffed, upon arrival and rest of the evening it was all a big wait. Staff couldnt check us in, forgot about our complimentary glass of bubbly, totally forgot to offer tickets to the safari and when wanting dinner (also included) all tables were reserved so we were sent out to the pool area to wait. The room was nice but had spider webs in all corners. Breakfast was great. In total, disappointed, as we went there to have a relaxing getaway.
Good place to stay for a more budget stay in comparison to the art hotel. There are 2 pools and a few Jacuzzis and some saunas! Very nice cottages and very near a forest to wander around
