Very disappointed. I bought my Toyota at the Kungens Kurva Toyota Center, and have had the car serviced there numerous times over the years. Last week I ended up in a difficult and stressful situation, as I was departing for a long road trip for Easter weekend. While near Kungens Kurva, I discovered that the lock on the trunk was malfunctioning, making it impossible to keep the trunk lid closed. So I stopped at the Toyota Center hoping they could take a quick look at it to see if it was a simple problem, or something that would require more complicated repair. I was shocked when they told me that it would cost like 1874 kr in some sort of 'uppsöknings avgift' (or something like that), meaning that if I chose not to have them fix it, it would cost me almost 2000 kr anyway for them just to look at it. Is that any way to treat a loyal customer in a time of need?
Great but expensive if you are coming here privately.
Zero customer service.. Came in after training and was completely ignored.. Guess only looks matter here! Not your wallet!
If you want to change oil ok more than this never do.
