We chose to go to this sushi place because the reviews were great and we happy to say we were not disappointed. We ate in the sushi bar area, everything was fresh, prepared on the spot and very flavoursome. The staff was very friendly, they explained to us the different roll selection we can have and because it was our first time there we got a sushi surprise. I haven’t had such delicious sushi for long time. It made me feel like being in Japan. Can’t recommend it enough!
My early Easter holiday we decide to go Sweden and one my friend lives there and we can stay there for a week. It was lunch time while we shopping in the area we wanted a quick lunch so my friend suggested to try this Japanese sushi bar inside the shopping mall. Apart from Italian, I m quite a fan of Japanese food. I know a thing or two about Japanese Sushi, they looks like simple food with some fish wrapped in rice, but I can sure u that it is not simple. What make great sushi depends on the quality of the fish, marbling of fats, taste and texture but just as important is the technique. Right from the beginning when we walk towards this sushi bar we have a gut feeling that we going to experience something unusual. They welcomed me with the wonderful decor ( the red lanterns are attractive) and excellent service from the counter. I had tasted Japanese food from other places before and it was usually good or average experience for me, but this Sushi place broke my little misconception about Japanese food, they have achieved all of the “three” things I mentioned above about great sushi. Rice and fish done just right for each other, feel fresh and sticky. Just want to say thank you.
Amazing sushi at a great price, great texture with fresh and great sushi rice. Fish always well prepared and presented. You can get cheaper sushi other place but this is actually the best for my experience.
