I was actually done and on my way home before the opening hour. Friendly and quick.

The location is far away from the city and Lidingö as well. They only work 3 days in a week and rarely answer their phone or mails. The personal are rude and do not have enough knowledge about the laws of Iran and surely will mislead you with confidence. Their services are poor and personal lack ability to speak any other languages except Persian. If you have done research about the laws and know the process then you don't need to worry otherwise they are not useful or capable in any matter unfortunately.

I tried so hard to find some information about the translation of driving license but I couldn’t find any. Do you offer this service? I want to translate my Iranian driving license to english, so that I can drive in Sweden for a year.

Trying to contact Embassy and ask a question regarding renewing my passport , but none of the 3 phone numbers mentioned for this case is answering. The irony is that the numbers never go to the waiting stystem so that you get the chance to be waiting in the queue. You get the automatic answer that there is no possibility to answer! I tried to fill in the feedback form (form e pishnahadat/enteghadat), but when I sent it I got an error message meaning it din't get through. Please consider my comments as an opportunity for developing the services! Thanks

Big big idiots my friends dad call them for ask about visa from Sweden to Iran and they lie to his they say “he can ask for visa at the airport when he is arrived in Iran” and now I could not get on the plain because I didn’t have a visa they don’t know their jobs they should change them with people who really want to work and know that kind of job!
