If you’ve been following my fishing guide roadmap, you know how important it is to ask each and every customer to leave a review on sites like Google My Business at least the customers that you know will leave positive reviews… But what is to stop a competitor from posting a negative review under his wife’s account or friend’s handle? NOTHING! Ugh… Great! You’re just getting traction with your fishing guide business when your competitors start to take notice and bash you on social media. Bad news. Right? Well, on one hand, there is a very good reason they are pulling the pin on a grenade and lobbing a bad review in your direction. It is most likely because you’re fishing daily…and they’re not. On the other hand, potential customers are going to see the negative review and it will hurt your reputation. Most customers aren’t savvy enough to understand the reputation management game or thought process behind a negative review, especially a FAKE review seeded by a competitor. What can you do? Just like a positive review, you will need to respond to the negative review immediately and in detail. When writing your response, keep in mind that the WORLD will read your rebuttal. DO NOT get down in the mud with your competitors. (Remember the old saying: Never argue with an idiot: They’ll drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.) Instead, take the high road and kill them with kindness.

Ordering fish from Knold Seafood AB has become a company tradition. We have been ordering salmon from this company for several years, and now I have just received our first Mackerel shipment! Working with Knold Seafood was a pleasure every step of the way. They are accommodating, professional, and efficient. We love buying directly from the people who catch the fish and love knowing where our fish was caught. Our order of Seafood was arranged within 5 working days to suit my schedule for pick-up. The fish was beautifully packed and arrived in excellent condition, still frozen solid. Their salmon is top-quality and our customers truly like it! I will continue ordering fish directly from your company. Anyone who wants the best quality fish available should consider doing the same.
I first came across K/S Knold Seafood AB from a friend who live in Sweden. I was skeptical of it at first cause, I thought how could fish that's been ordered from Sweden and delivered to our restaurant still fresh. It had to have been a gimmick. I decided to give it a try and ordered the Red Snapper, Black Pomfret and the Seer fish. So many good things to say about the entire service and product. The email correspondent and calls were very helpful. When asked to choose which day. To test delivery, the day chosen was Friday between 10:00AM and 12:30PM. I was not disappointed. The delivery was done in that time slot and the delivery person was informative about the delivery, on how to use it (defrosting method) and how to store it. The packaging is very good. The outer packaging is well designed and pleasing to the eye. The inner packaging is vacuum sealed. The fish is thoroughly cleaned and perfectly machine cut. When you see the second clear package with the fish vacuum sealed, you have no doubt is it going to be high quality. Everything else was history. My customers loved the taste. It had no weird chemical taste that I've encountered in the usual fish brought from other sources. Will definitely recommend Knold Seafood to everyone.
Because no one wrote anything about this, I am just going to put it out there. This website is a scam. If you contact them, there's always just one guy picking up, said his name is Tomas or some other name. But always the same voice. They could barely speak english. All the reviews so far on their page are fake. They made a fake LinkedIn page with fake employees and posts news everyday to have a higher search result on their page. I've reached out to the actual owner of the company. He told me that the web page was hacked and it's currently under investigation. I will also report the page to other websites. I've spend thousands of dollars to come to Sweden to meet them, and it turns up once they know you are coming, they stop responding to you. If you take a closer look at their pictures, you will see none of the photos of the boxes have their label. The workers look like they are from South Asia. The person who posted the photos for their google was caught for fraud too. Do not trust this website. It is the first time I've seen such a deep scam, they have a fake youtube account and everything. You can verify their Vat code because it is actually a company. I've should've noticed when they said that they don't have FDA and can still export to USA. I hope y'all don't make the same mistake as me and fall for their lies. Edit: lol just for everyone to see how this guy don’t understand the point at hand. Now saying something about visa and stuff as excuse. Nice try, come again.
It's been a horrible experience!! I have made them a bank transfer and goods have never been sent. Same person always answering the calls and the minute they got the funds they cut the line of..I believe Tomas Nordstorm is fake and the company too. Will report this matter to the authorities now.
