I was scared of getting my package here because of the bad reviews. But I went there with my tracking number and I and was out of the place within a minute. I'd use this for receiving another package again. However prices are a bit higher than a supermarket, but that's understandable for a small store.

Frightfully rude verging on hateful. I came here to pick up a few parcels waiting for me. I tried to talk to the man but he refused to look at me and spoke to my husband next to me, which I thought was odd but dismissed it. I produced my ID, but he then (still completely ignoring me and staring at my husband) declares he'll need his ID as well. Though my package was addressed solely to me, I get my husband's ID and hand it to the man. He RIPS them out of my hand and stares at them for a long while, not typing anything. He then says (still, to my husband) he needs my passport and demands to see it. I, like most people, don't carry their passports around with them so I explain I'll have to come back and ask for the IDs. He refuses to look at me still and rudely tells my husband he's putting my package on lock unless I show my passport now. Obviously frustrated, we ask why we can't return with it? He brings his manager over, speaks to him in another language for almost five minutes, making stand there awkwardly before he stares at my husband and talks ONLY TO HIM and repeats what his friend said. I ask in disbelief if I can't come back with it. He pushes the IDs into my husband's hands and speaks in another language to his friend. We had to call DHL and ask THEM to get my packages because the shopkeepers refused. Every time I spoke to one of them, they acted like it's wrong for me to address them. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, but they wouldn't even look at me. This is Sweden. It's never been this way! I didn't like it and I won't go back.

This guy is so arrogant and he's always angry, he was so rude whit me. He cannot use a laptop and takes ages to write and then he gets angry on customers. I was so mad I complaint about him and the next day when I went to take package he started arguing with me that why did I complaint about him. I felt so bad and felt like it was not my package but I was stealing something from his shop. If you go there, be ready cause anything can happen. I was about to have a fight with me (never had fight since 2008). DHL must change their location or this guy will pay a big price one day.

Uruselt. Skulle hämta mitt paket från ups där. Men dem ville inte lämna ifrån sig paketet för att kioskens app inte fungerade. Mitt paket står fortfarande där. Jag fick ingen info om att jag inte kunde hämta ut det innan, utan fick på plats höra att paketet som stod bredvid kassören inte kunde lämnas ut pga av detta. Förutom det fungerar inte deras angivna telefon nr via nätet så man får åka hela vägen dit igen. Men visst jätte bra ombud!
