Distasteful experience with one of the employee, after they ruined my very expensive boots and refuse to acknowledge and lie about the whole situation. The leather boots were a little tight to me. So I went here after looking all the five star reviews and this is what was done to my shoe without accepting their mistake. Absurd and highly unprofessional.

Har ett par flera år gamla Red Wings som jag skickade till Henry för byte av sula samt allmänt fix. Skorna kom tillbaka i nyskick. Fantastiskt nöjd med servicen och resultatet. Snabb och smidig kommunikation. Rekommenderas varmt!
