Friday the 28th of October around 1300 I went to buy glasses. The attendant, a young woman with dark hair, talked to another woman who had arrived before me for a long time, and then she took her to do some test. At no point did the attendant greet me, tell me that she would be back or anything. It was if I did not exist. So I took my eyes and my business a couple of doors down the street to specsavers. Although they were also busy, an attendant there greeted me and told me that someone woul take care of me as soon as possible. Quite a difference!

Hade bokat tid för synundersökning 16:10, ombads vara på plats 10 minuter tidigare. Väntar från 16:00-16:45, utan någon förklaring på varför optikern inte kommer. Optikern kommer ut, berättar att tjejen som bokat tid efter mig kommer få gå före för att den synundersökningen tar lite mindre tid. Ingen ursäkt för förseningen. Tradigt.

Ohjälpsam och ointresserad personal. Hade inte jobbet haft avtal för terminalglasögon med Smarteyes hade jag gått till annan optiker. Hade valt en av de oberoende optikerna i Lund alla gånger.
