Plague almost weekly with complete cutouts and problems. The infrastructures bad quality is only rivaled by their supports unresponsiveness and non-existing service updates. I do believe that this infrastructure provider need to be pressured into fixing this or be replaced. Unfortunately most of us dont have any choice if they want fiber. Instead they turn us to the internet provider when the problem clearly is in their infrastructure.

Vill ni ha tillgång till Internet och känna er lugna att det kommer fungera utan problem? Då ska ni se till att ni inte får det genom Via Europa, för jag har aldrig varit med om ett företag som har så mycket problem med instabilitet. Rekommenderas inte, håll er borta!
Ofta driftstörningar och det tar evigheter innan de fixar det. Oseriöst företag. Undvik.
