It was a nice calm visit during Corona pre Christmas time. It is great that only naturally occurring animal species are kept. The enclosures are very nice and spacious.

Very very cool zoo with Nordic animals and nice atmosphere. Easy access to see the animals.
Aquarium had no water in the tanks, so nothing to see. Then, when you go to the turnedpark, it's like one of those abandoned parks you sometimes see in YouTube videos. As for the zoo aspect, I've seen more wildlife driving through Northern Sweden. Then the food. Don't get me started. It wasn't great. And all this during school holidays. Will I go back? Only for compensation.
Though it has lots of potential and taking in to account the Corona virus problems involved, I still can give this park only two stars. First, the aquarium was empty. Next, the beaver den was completely dark,so there was no chance of seeing the beaver without a flashlight that most certainly irritated the poor thing. The petting zoo had no water for the wash area where visitors were expected to wash their hands before and after. Worst of all was thatthe poor reindeer looked incredibly miserable. They looked like they were dying in the heat.
Very good place to spend a whole day with family!
We saw all the animals and had a great time! Recommended.
It was really cool to see the animals. A bit hard to spot some of them but best tip for that is : go during the feeding times! They will tell you a lot about the animals and you'll get the chance to see them few meters away.
