Very nice place for bathing and grilling. Unfortunately, the highway is really \present\ all around the lake, so I do not recommend setting up a tent.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Saxtorp lakes. Clean, sandy Beach and not too crowded. The water is sweet and not too shallow.

Two artificial made lakes from a former swamp, a lot off sand was excavated here. Barbecue places Separate dog bath A lot off meaters SUV's with their horse trailers wild parking to take their very high carbone pony walks, after dark it is wild west with weed dealing and richmans cop patroles
Been coming here for years. Always enjoyed the view and the scenery overall.
Nice lake to swim in with a white sandy shoreline and a nice and tidy toilet facility where one can change clothes if needed. Good for a basic lake swim.
