SCAMMERS! Absolutely terrible place that does not abide by Avis normal customer service. I would highly advice anybody considering renting from this place to refrain in doing so. We booked a car over the phone for the use within 24 hours. They took my mothers credit card info upon the reservartion. She was not provided a booking reference or any rental agreement or policy. She called. We got an unexpected cancellation in our errand that required a car and my mother called in to the facility and cancelled the reservation accordingly. The facility then took the deliberation to charge my mother full price, FULL PRICE for not even had used the car in the argument of it was a NO SHOW. How is it a no show when she called in several hours in advance canceling the reservation? Also, when we were disputing the matter they further claimed that cancellations needs to be done 48 hours prior to the rental day. How is she supposed to give 48 hours of notice when she made the reservation within 24 hours of use? When making the reservation none of this was communicated to her. On top of it, when further disputing this matter I was put by the handler on an automatic email response circling back with the same answers to me on an email chain that never got resolved. Finally to only come back to me as the supervisor claim the charge was done because of a no show. Calling in and letting them know that the car will not be used is not a no show and the fact that this location rather steal your money than provide frequent customers the proper customer service is a shame. Needless to say we will never rent with AVIS again as this location totally turned our loyalty off by making up policies as they go as an excuse for keeping money.

SCAMMERS! We had a dog in the car and we were not informed that this was not allowed. Fair enough we also could have read the terms and conditions. We cleaned the car by ourself beforehand and is was not really dirty. Annika the self-proclaimed manager was very rude to us and unfriendly. I got angry after she told me we have to pay 3500sek for cleaning. We had a solution to get the car cleaned by their own subcontractor on our cost for 1000,- Sek. The subcontractor which will clean the car anyway. But Annika refused that because the car would be finished at 13:30. In that case we would have to pay for an extra day anyway. I asked her to talk to her manager but she said he was in Denmark, 5 min later manager Johan miraculeuze appeared... so now we had 3 managers, first Annika but it turns out to be a supervisor then her manager was in Denmark and then Johan the manager came. I feel deeply disrespected as a customer because we came with a solution. To have the car ready to be rented out at 13:30 with cleaning (by their own subcontractor) on our cost. Still she want to charge me 3500 sek. I rented cars all over the world for the last 15 years. I never been charged for a single scratch or cleaning. I will NEVER use AVIS anymore because this lady Annika and her manager Johan. Eventually they charged us with 3500sek AND an extra day without explanation. SO THIS DOUBLED OUR ORIGIN RENTAL COSTS. Contacted customer service but they avoided my complaint and offerd me a voucher of 20,- euro. PLEASE NEVER RENT HERE..
Don't rent a car with Avis/Budget. Small scratch on the front left side that was probably already there before our rental. Avis invoiced a huge amount in order to \fix\ the damage, which will of course never happen as the car already had multiple scratches that have never been fixed but for which other customers probably had to pay.
Impossible to contact customer services. Forget about it. The prices are not worth it. Listen to all the other 1 star reviews on google about budget avis.
Been trying to call for hours. While the main office is quick in responding, calling this office is a huge waste of time.
Wonderful service for standard requirements, and went above and beyond what was required. Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY from this place. Learned my lesson the 2nd time when they scammed me out of hundreds of dollars after i got accident collision insurance for some paint smudges I didnt even do. They LOVE to prey on international travelers. You've been warned. Oh and they staff they have working there... let's just say they have no common sense. 1 of 5 stars for me.
