I am temporarily disabled,came to the store in Miami I asked for an electric car they said we don't have. I went straight with my 73 yr old mom to the bin area, check on the computer the right bin area to collect my item .. it says ask to a rep. asked for help, no help other than pay, we get labor pay by the hour was the response. Tried the help desk there was a big line. I was in pain for over 45 mins. asked the one guy if there was somebody else to help, he said no, I am almost done, he kept calling all customer , i was standing on my crutches IN PAIN, i told the employee .. he didn't care . Kept on calling other customers I ended up in a lot of pain after an hour trying to figure out things on my own and couldn't buy anything. I travel a lot to Scandinavia for work, and this is SO not the Ikea way there. I felt discriminated, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE WORST APPROACH TO PEOPLE THAT CAN'T BE ON THEIR FEET. I WILL NEVER GO TO IKEA AGAIN!

Dears, This to let you know that am suffering with your brand at KSA for more than month, they have a very bad experience and very bad commitment. The issue is i order a staff for more than 3000 one time including delivery and implementation. 1- sofas set up. 2- washing sink. 3-tv bench including some cabinet with the set. *I bought it at 2 DEC 2017, and the delivery and implantation date was 7 JAN 2018. Before the date they set it with me with 48 hrs. they call again and postponed the appointment. *After 3 or 4 days from that call they came with a wrong items for the TV Bench and without a kitchen team to assemble and implement the sink. *I refuse to take the wrong item, because that was not the color i ask for. *At the same day at night i receive a call from the branch someone ask me for a right color. * After 3 days another team came late for more that 6 hours. * They refuse to carry the stuff to the right floor. * They bring a wrong items for a second time. * There supervisor was so rude in dealing with phone. * They took back the items and they took some items i bought it individually was in the same room for the same TV bench. *They did not kitchen team to assemble and implement the sink for second time. *I raise a complain at immediately at the same time for IKEA KSA and MCI with issue number 11699887. *After 4 complains and a month for waiting a i would like to inform you that i don’t receive any thing or any update of my stuff. * Am just wondering Who can a big company with that big name and that amount of experience fail at that mistakes? Is that acceptable behavior? Is that a right way to deal with the customers? How you measure the customers satisfactions? How can i trust you again? I hope to solve my issue with action not with promises because the KSA owners are not interested in solving there customers issues. Regards,

### This is a review for IKEA Germany Online Shop ### Probably the WORST attitude that we have witnessed amomg IKEA shops in Europe. We have ordered thousands of Euros worth of Ikea products from ikea.de. On one of the orders, many items were missing. On the other one, they have missed agreed delivery date 2 times and kept on postponing delivery by automated emails. Montage (Assembly) service is another story. They have charged us and never showed up. No notice, no apology, nothing. We have now been waiting for almost 2 months for their service to come and assemble our PAX wardrobes. Money aside, this is literally theft as they have been stealing our time with undertakings that they could not fulfill! Almost impossible to reach Ikea hotline and even if you do, nobody bothers to speak English. They also never answer our emails. Hard to believe but this is obviously how Ikea Germany treats non-German speaking Expats!
