I booked a cleaning service last month with Malmo Maids. The process was easy and the company CEO Arash ensured he could send someone at the time I wanted. We chatted about the essentials and it was all hassle-free. The appointment was kept and in 3 hours everything in my house was shined to perfection. I liked how the cleaning was done so efficiently and on time. On inspection, I noticed some scratches on my stove top. When Arash called for feedback the next day, I mentioned this to him and within a week he came home to inspect it and then immediately replaced the entire unit. It was an unintended mistake from the cleaner's end and I did not expect the company to replace the stove. But they did, without any delay. It did cost them heavily but they chose to keep up their reputation of delivering the best customer service! I am highly appreciative of their response on the issue and would recommend their team to anyone looking for a genuine and honest service.

Fantastic home cleaning service. Diana did an excellent job cleaning my windows, floors, kitchen and bathroom. She was very friendly, easy to work with, and shows a great attention to detail. I know I will be booking all my future appointments with Diana!
