Vi fick snabb och bra service. Jag gillar den här butiken så mycket bättre än Apple store på Emporia. Personligare och trevligare. Dessutom avbetalningsmöjligheter, något som Apple store av någon helt outgrundlig anledning inte har.
Fin butik som påminner om Apples egna. Bra personal och hyggligt med produkter trots begränsat utrymme. Det sagt är Apple Store ett bättre alternativ.
Servicenivå i bottenläge! Gick dit för att byta batteri till en iPhone 6S och klockan var 11.25. Tyvärr kunde den inte bli klar förrän kl 14.00 då de skulle på lunch kl 12.00....alltså 2,5 timme för att byta ett batteri!!! Med registrering hos Apple för batteri bytet osv, säg en halvtimme... Nej, gå inte hit och få det fixat, gå till någon annan som visar intresse för dig som kund. Tydligen är lunchtiden viktigare för dem än dem som betalar deras lön. Service level in the bottom position! Went there to change battery to an iPhone 6S and it was 11.25am. Unfortunately it could not be done until 2pm when they were going to lunch at 12pm .... so 2.5 hours to change a battery !!! With Apple registration for the battery change, etc., say half an hour ... No, don't go here and get it fixed, go to someone else who shows interest in you as a customer. Apparently, lunch time is more important to them than those who pay their wages.
