I had been one time in this clinic, the first receptionist on Tuesday 21.07.2020 she was very nice and helpful both on telephone and at the meeting time. The female doctor whom examined me was a wonderful doctor, but when I had to call the clinic on Thursday 23.07.2020 , the receptionist was someone totally different , she had answered all my questions with an excuses, which she make me feel that I am guilty, besides she was unpleasant and unhelpful one, indeed I agree with all other patients whom are disliking the second receptionist (so it is time for the clinic director to reconsider about the second receptionist) . when I told my wife about my experience with the second receptionist, she had to cancel her appointment at the clinic and made another appointment with her previous clinic.
Really happy with generous opening hours and my doctor there.
After a clerical error on their part, I called them up a few times and explained the situation. They were very nice and accomodating. The problem was fixed in two days which sounds impossible when it comes to the usually lagging Swedish health care.

Long waiting time when being there and no feedback what's happening. I have only met nurses there but the ones I have met were very nice, helpful and caring. Central location too.
