Excellent hotel with amazing view It was our choice twice as we were sure that we will be satisfied again. Rooms are clean and cozy. Bed is just great and we had enough comfort. Also we paid for extra bed for our little daughter and she was pretty happy with it. But, the best part is breakfast!!! I suffer many allergies and I can’t eat regular stuff but people who work there were more than willing to help me. And trust me, there is something for everyone. Danijel is main person there and he will warmly welcome you and offer his help. He is really friendly and kind. He prepared hot chocolate for my daughter At first we didn’t know that we speak same language and we were communicating as strangers so afterwards it was fun to discover that we can communicate without English Also every other person made my experience excellent and worth 5 stars. We will come back for sure

The bed was OK, but sadly you can only lower (or raise) room temperature by two degrees, which means the room was too hot to sleep in. At least for our liking. A lower temp and more ventilation would've made for a better night's sleep. We've only tried the restaurant once, ...well... not horrible not, not fantastic. Same about the bar. The staff was friendly and service minded.
This place is perfect when you are on the way to Europe or the other way around. Staff upgraded us which was appreciated. It is fresh and travelling here with child is perfect, they have a huge playroom. Location is perfect! Shopping and trains. Really enjoyed the nice breakfast. The only negative is that the restaurant in the morning was crazy crowded. It is not a 5 star hotel but very comfy! I have been here twice with dog and children. Both are welcome and that is a huge plus itself! #insta.na.da
Very nice views from the hotel. Convenient parking areas underneath the hotel. Comfortable beds. The bar closes already at midnight, which is a minus. Breakfast great. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed at while travelling through Scandinavia. The breakfast options were great. Room size was comfortable and the bathrooms were bigger than most other hotels we stayed at. Situated next to the Hyllie train station so very convenient, and it is the first stop from Copenhagen Airport. Next door to the Emporium Mall which has a great variety in terms of stores. Parking is available at a parking garage across the road, but it is fairly pricey. The beds were also a little firmer than most other hotels which tend to have very soft beds and high pillows. The one negative is that out aircon did not work and we could not open a window so the room was very stuffy. They did offer to change it, but at 1:30 am we were not going to move all our luggage again. They also let us use the trolley on our second stay (we used the train this time, and not car hire) to take all our luggage down to the station which was a great help as we had extra luggage going home. It would be great to have a kettle for tea and coffee in the room. This is available in the lobby at a cost (which is generally a free service at other hotels).
Really good room. Had a superior room on 14th floor. On the bad side there was a very small gym with no barbells and no pool.
Lovely hotel with lovely rooms. The breakfast is always nice, been here 3 times already.
