The doctor was polite, however, he was supposed to send a prescription to the pharmacy but something went wrong and I had to come back to tell them the problem. Despite their fault, the nurse at the entrance was really rude while another nurse was making fun of me because I was only speaking in English. She literally said, \if you go to Germany you have to speak German\. They finally send the prescription to the pharmacy and it was wrong. I'll never go back to this place. Incompetents and arrogant.

While I have had some difficulty with translations as I speak only English, by and large a positive experience. The translators on site likely are used to translating other languages as Swedes generally have some grasp of English, but I've learned it's often not enough in the medical field. However, being in Sweden I don't think this is necessarily the most valid complaint to have. Having visited multiple times over the last year and thus meeting a number of doctors, almost all have gone out of their way to help accommodate me even when I've had crazy anxiety attacks disrupting visits. The front desk can be a bit difficult, they often recommend phoning. If you want to get on the phone with them I recommend calling when the phone lines open at 8. Because they are right next to the hospital and in a central area the wait time for drop ins can be quite long which should be kept in mind if visiting. The lab is excellent for blood work and usually quick as most people go to the larger lab down the road. Very friendly and efficient, I typically get a draw a couple times a month and have not had a single problem.

Snobie wannabies who are proud to take care of the poor. ER refers to them. That is infecctiounuz dessedes not fit in the poorhousem. Make sure they don't touch you at the ER or you get billed twice. Also don't buy swedish medicine

My advice would be to go to another Vårdcentral and hope the service you get there is better than at Södervärn. I've come here three times in the past few months and had to wait over an hour each time to see a nurse. The first time I saw a Doctor here, she stood a full metre away from me the entire time and then proceeded to diagnose me (incorrectly I now know). I paid for the terrible visit at the reception. When I returned to see a doctor for the second time, the receptionist told me I couldn't pay at the desk and that my bill would be sent to me (even though I told her i had paid to see a doctor at the reception last time). I now have a bill that has an additional 180SEK collection fee as well as another 60SEK in \additional fees\. That is a total fee of 441SEK for a doctor to give me referral to a specialist after he told me he didn't know what was wrong with me. This Vårdcentral is a joke with medical practitioners and administrative staff that have no clue what they are doing.

Det mottagande jag fått på denna vårdcentral har alltid varit mycket gott. Personalen är kunnig lyssnande och noggranna . I motsats till många andra anställda på allmänna vårdcentraler tror man sig inte vara allvetande utan remitterar vidare om diagnosen inte är helt säker. All heder åt denna tålmodiga och kunniga personal . Gunilla
