No posibility to get back the money if a baby dont like it the first time. Should have that posibility, since is not that often that happen, and considering is a baby. Still the personal is good.

Fick ingen faktura, sen fick jag en med påminnelse avgift som kundtjänst inte ville ta bort. Otrevlig simlärare som skrek på mig framför alla för att jag råkat svara i min mobil. Väldigt oproffsigt. En gång ställdes lektion för att simlärare var sjuk, när mitt barn var sjuk maila jag och fråga om vi fick ta igen lektionen men fick inget svar.
