Slow, depressed staff that tries to work as little as humanly possible - facebook breaks every hour for 20 minutes? sure! - cleaning only the top of the table, but not under the table? smart! - and that red nail I found under the chair next morning? don't want to know. On top of that, ignorant management that ignores phone calls, auto replying to emails with \being on vacation\ messages - while actually being IN the office! Gonna forget that place as a bad dream.

The empanadas don't look quite as you expect at Citrico. And that's because you've mostly come to know of South America's hand pies through the lens of Melbourne's (sorta) Argentinian and (kind of) Peruvian restaurants. Granted, they can be fried, baked, big, small. But here, all three versions (a traditional number featuring a fine mince of beef, olives, raisins and egg; a milder package, plump with juicy pulled pork and a vego version chunkily stuffed with salty potato, leek and cheese) are particularly sizeable and square-ish. On the side is a chunky vinegary salsa of finely diced onions, chilli and tomatoes, which some will recognise as Chile's calling card, pebre. Citrico is a little bit Chilean – the vision of owners Nan Kroll and her Chilean partner Julio Forteza. But there's also ceviche done in the manner you've come to know is from Peru, and things grilled on a parrilla, Argentinean-style. This makes sense when you learn the chef is Daniel Salcedo, who was formerly at Harley House and Piqueos, and originally hails from Lima.

Hemskt ställe där 'mobbing' inom personal gruppen inte är främmande. Där släkt till högre har egna regler att te. X byta om innan aktuellt klockslag andra får invänta. Empatilös ovilliga att hjälpa nya/vikarier. Absolut vidrigaste arbets plats någonsin och aldrig mera. Konstigt nog kvinnor som står för mobbingen utfrysning m. M. Bedrövligt!
Fruktansvärda attityd: de var super långsamma (ett rum tar 3 dagar!). De renar bara de övre ytorna, de lämnade saker smutsiga inuti och under. Dessutom hittar vi städarens blonda hår överallt. Vi behövde städa igen ordentligt. Chefen svarar inte på sin phone/e-mail i 3 veckor nu. Använd aldrig Ocab igen.
Trevlig personal. Hög kvalitet på utförda arbeten. Rent och snyggt när dom är klara
